Wild Colonial Run

      

Providence Bicycle has joined forces with the Wild Colonial Running Club and Rhode Runner, Inc.to co-host Wednesday night training runs for all triathletes and runners out there.

 

These workouts will feature 2 pace group options: 5-7 minute/mile pace and 7-10 minute/mile pace. There's typically a good cross section of runners, so you'll always have someone to run with, no matter what your speed.  The course is a 7 mile out-and-back, featuring Providence's scenic East Side including Blackstone blvd.

The run starts at 6 p.m. sharp from Rhode Runner on 657 N Main St.

and concludes with post-run pints at the Wild Colonial. This event is FREE OF CHARGE, so just bring your running gear and beer allowance.
